Sheriff explains increase in law enforcement budget

Sheriff Jeff Herrig’s budget came in higher than last year’s proposal. Herrig said that part of the reason for the uptick in the budget was that one extra deputy was budgeted. Herrig also said he budgeted for two patrol cars.
