Karsyn Hewitt
Karsyn Joe Hewitt was born at 3:25 a.m. July 29 at Lawrence Memorial Hospital to Justin T. Hewitt and Kaylien N. Hewitt and brother, Christian Hewitt, 3, Topeka.
He was transferred to Overland Park Regional, then to Children’s Mercy in Kansas City. He died Aug. 13, 2012, at Children’s Mercy due to complications.
Grandparents are Jennifer Devore, Ozawkie, Joseph Sieliet, Perry, and Cheryl Hewitt, Lawrence.
Services were Aug. 19 with a balloon release at Lake Shawnee.
The family asks that any donations or cards be sent to 511 SW Tyler Street, Apt. 8, Topeka, 66603.
