Pamela Broyles
Pamela F. “Pam” Broyles, 52, Winchester, died July 5, 2012, at her home after being diagnosed with cancer in December 2011.
She was born Sept. 25, 1959, at Atchison, the daughter of Rodney and Shirley Burge Blau. She had lived in Winchester for several years.
She was a 1977 graduate of Pleasant Ridge High School at Easton and earned her L.P.N. degree in 1994 at the Northeast Kansas Area Technical School in Atchison.
She worked as a nurse for several years, working as an agency nurse, and at the Medical Lodge in Leavenworth and most recently at the U.S. Disciplinary Barracks at Fort Leavenworth for three years, before being medically disabled.
She is survived by two sons, William “Trey” Dulaban, Effingham, and Jared Pemberton, Winchester; a daughter, Laura Pemberton, Winchester; one brother, Kevin Gill, Parkville, Mo.; and two grandchildren.
A Memorial Celebration of Life was held Tuesday at the Barnett Family Funeral Home in Oskaloosa.
