Bradley Lutz

Bradley Charles Lutz, 64, Brentwood, Pa., died April 25, 2012.

He was born Oct. 5, 1947, in Vancouver, Wash., the son of Charles L. “Sam” and Ferne A. Counts Lutz. His grandparents, Leon “Pete” and Agnes Counts and Charlie and Mae Lutz, were all residents of Valley Falls.

He was reared in Valley Falls where he graduated from high school in 1965. He was active in sports.

He had been a member of the Valley Falls United Methodist Church, Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, and Explorer Scouts. Brad attended Highland Community College.

He was a consummate builder of houses and additions.

He was preceded in death by his father; his twin, Dr. Bruce L. Lutz; and sister, Kerrie Lynne Roberts.

Survivors include his partner, Kate Hodgdon; her son, Ben; his mother, Ferne A. Lutz; stepchildren, Tad, Marney, and Robin; a brother, Gregory W. Lutz; stepmother, Lois Lutz; and stepsisters, Ginger and Chris.

Memorial graveside services were May 12 at Valley Falls Cemetery.
