Richard Jones
Richard L. Jones, 76, Tecumseh, died Feb. 17, 2012.
He was born Jan. 31, 1936, in Topeka, the son of Lloyd and Mary Gieber Jones. He was a graduate of Perry High School.
Mr. Jones was employed by M. Katch & Company for 35 years before retiring.
He married Kaaren Luetje July 29, 1961, in Topeka. She survives.
Other survivors include a son, Richard Karl Jones; a daughter, Kendra Poole; four granddaughters; three siblings, Patricia Frye, Lloyd Jones Jr., and Jacqueline Creek.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Etta Fleck.
Memorial service was Feb. 21 at Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel, Topeka 66604.
