Jan. 31, 8:23 a.m.: A vehicle owned by E.A. Sween Co., Minn., was traveling westbound on K-16 Highway and attempted to pass a slow moving tractor driven by Jesse A. Houk, 28, Oskaloosa, when the tractor was turning and they collided.
