1 hospitalized after K-4 wreck
An injury accident occurred on K-4 highway south of Meriden Monday evening when a left-turning vehicle was struck from the rear.
Erick Jernberg, 20, Topeka, was stopped to make a left turn onto Oakwood when his truck was rear ended by a Subaru driven by John Lowther II, 56, Lawrence.
The accident happened at 5:05 p.m. Nov. 21. Lowther was transported to a Topeka hospital for treatment. Jernberg was listed as having possible injuries.
Both were wearing seatbelts.
