Hosler, Sales lead Valley CC at McLouth
The Dragon cross country team competed at McLouth Sept. 15 where Hunter Hosler earned a varsity medal by placing 16th. He took 39 seconds off his career best time, reports coach Lyle Smith.
Hunter Sherretts had a season best time while placing 54th. Elijah Phillips earned 57th and a season best time. Casey Lederer was 63rd with a career best mark. Eric Reichart was 64th with a season best time.
In the junior varsity race, Jacob Willits improved his time by over three minutes and Chris Willhoite improved by over two minutes.
In the girls’ varsity race, Amanda Sales improved on her career best time by one minute while finishing 45th. Katie Wunder was 56th. Emily Nottingham had a season best time placing 57th.
In the JV race, Anna Coleman was almost four minutes faster than her previous best.
