Wises, Conser back in business together at United Country
Becky and Allen Wise and Andy Conser are united again under the United Country Real Estate & Auction Banner in Oskaloosa.
“We are so excited to have Becky, Allen, and Andy as part of the United Country team,” said Janice Reiss, a co-owner.
“We have always admired the Wises and Andy has been our company auctioneer at our Atchison office since we joined the United Country Family, now he just has a shorter drive to work,” said Louise Regenstein, the other co-owner.
Reiss and Regenstein own the United Country Franchise.
The opportunity came about in April when the real estate office on the south side of the square in Oskaloosa became available.
“We could have brought back Sunflower Real Estate, which my husband Allen and I still own, but we wanted to be associated with a nationwide franchise that would aid us in assisting our friends and neighbors to an even higher degree,” Becky Wise said.
United Country Real Estate was just named by the National Association of Realtors as the sixth largest franchise in the nation.
Becky grew up on a farm just outside Oskaloosa. The Wises and Conser have a combined 50 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Conser, a Valley Falls native, is a full-time auctioneer and realtor. He joined them in late June. He has sold millions of dollars worth of agricultural, residential, commercial, and personal property, as well for charities across the country. He was the 2004 Kansas State Champion Auctioneer.
He has served on the Kansas Auctioneers Association board of directors and has been elected president. He is now chairman of the board.
“I’m thrilled to be with United Country and again working with true professionals like Allen and Becky,” he said.
