The following accidents were recently reported:

July 17, 5 a.m.: Clinton D. Courter, 31, Oskaloosa, was traveling northbound on 98th Street near 102nd Street and struck a bridge.

July 23, 3:41 p.m.: Jenny L. Kosanke, 30, Tonganoxie, was traveling on 25th Street near Wise Road. When Kosanke crested the hill an ATV driven by Wade A. Erdmann, 35, Lawrence, was in the road. Kosanke’s vehicle crashed into the ATV. Erdmann and another passenger on the ATV were transported to Lawrence Memorial Hospital with non lifethreatneing injuries.

July 26, 11:35 p.m.: Ryan N. Blankingship, 17, Oskaloosa, was traveling northbound on Kiowa Road near 78th Street and was unable to negotiate a curve, skidding off the roadway and overturning in a ditch.

July 28, 6:05 p.m.: Sharon S. Cool, 30, Oskaloosa, was backing out of a parking stall on Walnut Street in Oskaloosa when another vehicle that was unoccupied struck Cool’s vehicle. The vehicle owned by Thomas E. Hamilton, Oskaloosa, jumped out of gear.

Aug. 2, 10:31 p.m.: Stephen J. Lane, 32, Oskaloosa, crashed through a fence on Elm Street in Oskaloosa during a police chase.
