May 21, 9:40 p.m.: Ta G. Nay, 23, Kansas City, Mo., was traveling on Outlet Park East near Spillway Road when he left the roadway after missing a turn and struck a power pole.

May 24, 5:15 p.m.: Keith A. Visocsky, 42, Oskaloosa, was traveling on U.S. 59 Highway near 27th Street when his vehicle struck a trailer jack that had fallen from a camper.
