April 28, 3:27 p.m.: Gay M. Anderson, 55, Perry, was backing out of a driveway on 5th Street in Perry when her vehicle struck a legally parked vehicle owned by Shella A. Newell, Perry.

April 29, 3:20 a.m.: Cody M. Hiebert, 19, Marion, was traveling northbound on U.S. 59 Highway near 21st Street when he over corrected his vehicle and ended up in the ditch after passing through a barbed wire fence.
