The following accidents were recently reported:

(Correction) Feb. 28, 3:30 p.m.: Janet L. King, 60, Perry, was traveling along U.S. 59 Highway near U.S. 24 Highway and was slowing down to turn into a driveway when a vehicle driven by Rachel E. Ussery, 27, Perry, struck her vehicle in the rear.

March 4, 3:55 p.m.: Holly B. Bodenheimer, 18, Winchester, was traveling along K-192 Highway near 154th Street when her vehicle left the roadway while rounding a curve and hit a mailbox before coming to rest in a field.

March 11, 12 p.m.: Kim Williams, 47, Burlington, was traveling on K-4 Highway near 62nd Street when a vehicle driven by Kenneth R. Davidson, 64, Ozawkie, crossed the center line and struck Williams’ vehicle.

March 14, 6 a.m.: Steven R. Adams, 55, Oskaloosa, was traveling on Wellman Road near Fourth Street when he lost control of his vehicle on a snowy and slushy road. Adams’ vehicle left the roadway and went into a ditch and hit the embankment.

March 14, 7:25 a.m.: Jesus M. Ortiz, 32, Grantville, was traveling along KOA Road near 27th Street when his vehicle crossed the center line and struck a vehicle head on driven by Carla J. Immenschuh, 39, Perry.

March 14, 7:40 a.m.: Jessica L. Cook, 26, Valley Falls, was traveling along the 6900 block of Wellman Road when her vehicle slid into a ditch while trying to slow for a school bus. A vehicle driven by, Gregory K. Harries, 47, McLouth also slid into the ditch striking a mailbox before strikeing Harries’ vehicle.
