Reported accidents:

Jan. 12, 7:15 p.m.: Phillip D. Pemberton, 29, Kansas City, was traveling north on Wildhorse Road when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into the ditch.

Jan. 31, 10:20 a.m.: Ruby C. Tavis, 64, Ozawkie, was pulling into the Ernest Spencer parking lot on 82nd Street when icy conditions caused her vehicle to slide into two parked vehicles owned by Richard A. Melton, Kansas City, and Justin C. Burns, Grantville.

Jan. 31, 7:27 p.m.: Virginia Soppe, 56, Meriden, was traveling northbound on K-4 Highway and attempting to turn west onto 110th Street when a vehicle driven by Levi D. Beecham, 29, Meriden, struck Soppe’s vehicle from behind.

Feb. 3, 8:03 a.m.: Linda D. Wonnell, 52, Oskaloosa, was waiting to turn left onto Madison Street from Walnut Street in Oskaloosa when a vehicle driven by Lawayne D. Yoder, 23, Perry, struck Wonnell’s vehicle from behind.

Feb. 4, 7:15 a.m.: Kevin L. Berning, 21, Atchison, was traveling westbound on K-4 Highway near 130th Street when he fell asleep at the wheel and his vehicle left the road and struck trees in the ditch.

Feb. 6, 4 a.m.: Gerald E. Fitzgerald, 52, Ozawkie, was traveling westbound on Bittersweet Way looking for an animal when he ran off the road and into the ditch striking several trees.

Feb. 9, 5:45 a.m.: Amber D. Lentz, 35, McLouth, was traveling along the 17300 block of K-16 Highway when she lost control of her vehicle on the icy roadway and slid into the ditch.
