Reported accidents:

Jan. 6, 1:22 p.m.: Ralph J. Ray, 60, Ozawkie, was traveling on Maple Drive near Lakeshore Drive when his vehicle rear ended another vehicle driven by James N. Burkett, 58, Ozawkie.

Jan. 6, 3:55 p.m.: David D. Petesch, 55, Meriden, was leaving a parking lot to enter K-4 Hwy. Petesch reportedly did not see another vehicle waiting to pull out onto K-4 Hwy. driven by Wanda E. Punderbaugh, 70, Meriden, and rear ended her vehicle.

Jan. 9, 12:02 a.m.: Gerald D. Richter, 41, Winchester, was traveling south on Wellman Road near 3rd Street when he swerved his vehicle to avoid a deer. Richter lost control of his vehicle and it rolled twice before coming to rest in a field.

Jan. 9, 4 a.m.: Rachel K. Lamunyon, 20, Topeka, was attempting to turn her vehicle around on Thompsonville Road near US 24 Hwy. but her vehicle slid up onto a guardrail causing the vehicle’s airbag to deploy.
