Motor vehicle accident reports:

Nov. 2, 12:42 p.m.: A vehicle owned by Gregory R. Taylor, Topeka, was parked outside the Jefferson County Courthouse. A vehicle with an unknown driver backed out of a stall next to Taylor’s vehicle and allegedly hit Taylor’s vehicle.
