Christmas decorating contest in Meriden and Ozawkie
The Meriden-Ozawkie Chamber of Commerce will be holding a Christmas Lighting and Decorating contest the week of Dec. 6.
A $50 gift certificate will be awarded to each of the three area winners. Area 1 is within the Meriden city limits, Area 2 is within the Ozawkie city limits, and Area 3 is in the unincorporated area around the two cities.

Contestants do not need to belong to the chamber.

Judging will take place after sundown the evenings of Dec. 8 and 9.
