Sept. 30: Daniel J. Sedlak, Winchester, reported a forgery and fraud.

Sept. 30: Officers responded to a report of shots heard on the 500 block of Monroe Street, Oskaloosa.

Sept. 30: Dean Butz, reported criminal damage to a vehicle.

Oct. 1: Village Green Golf Course, rural Meriden, reported a theft of gas.

Oct. 1: Dennis Byerley, rural Winchester, reported forgery and fraud.

Oct. 3: BP McLouth reports the theft of $16 in gas.

Oct. 3: Mary Atwell, rural Perry, reported criminal damage to a mailbox.

Oct. 3: Officers responded to a report of a disturbance on the 100 block of Allens Alley, Perry.

Motor vehicle accident reports:

Sept. 19, 11:25 a.m.: David L. Hanny, 43, Overland Park, was traveling along K-192 Hwy. near Fourth Street when his motorcycle ran off the road into a ditch.

Sept. 29, 3:22 p.m.: Megan C. May, 27, Oskaloosa, was traveling northbound on Kiowa Road when her vehicle hit some loose gravel in the road and she lost control of the vehicle. May’s vehicle went off the road and flipped. She reported that when the car impacted the ground a window broke and she went out the window and hit her face and shoulder on the ground. She was not wearing a seat belt.
