Motor vehicle accident reports:

Aug. 23, 6:49 p.m.: Dusty J. Fish, 27, Ozawkie, was backing out of a parking stall on Delaware Street in Winchester when her vehicle struck another parked car owned by Mary Gastineau.

Aug. 26, 2:30 p.m.: Sue A. Midyett, 69, rural Oskaloosa, was backing out of her driveway. Midyett checked left and then looked to the right when she saw a truck being driven by Justin C. Tucker, 34, rural Oskaloosa, driving backward down the road. Before Midyett could pull back into her driveway or honk her horn, Tucker’s truck struck Midyett’s vehicle.

Aug. 28, 3:30 p.m.: Francis H. Winsor, 66, Winchester, was backing out of a parking stall on Walnut Street in Oskaloosa when she struck a parked car owned by Caitlin Buelt.

Aug. 31, 9:48 p.m.: James D. Coffman, 40, rural McLouth, was traveling north-bound on Union Road near 62nd Street when he lost control of his vehicle and left the roadway. Coffman went through a barb-wire fence and struck a phone box.
