Safe, money missing following burglary in Valley Falls

A burlgary was reported at Mac’s Grill & Pizza in Valley Falls sometime after the close of business Jan. 31 and opening the next morning.

Police Chief Tammy Gross investigated the burglary and reported the only known thing missing was a small safe that contained in excess of $500.

“They took the whole safe,” Gross reported.

Nothing was damaged in the burglary.
